I've decided to take a different approach on this one, so it's up for preorder on three different sites, but not Amazon. I don't want my Amazon readers to lose out on the special preorder price though, so it will remain at $1.99 until December 1st.
What happens after December 1st? The price goes up to $3.99 and the book goes exclusive to Amazon.
